NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK!

Due to the reorganization of our website (www.freeroamingfelineprogram.org) some of our new kids have not yet made an appearance. Willow and Theo have their pics on our Facebook. However, we would also like to introduce Mr. Smurff, Peeps, and a new girl who just came in, whose identity is under investigation. Sadly, all 5 new kids are Roamers who were abandoned.

Anyone who started/manages a rescue program must be as diversified as the Roamers who come into the program. Kathy taught in 4 different Wisconsin school districts. Her teaching certification is both in German and English. She has been in many international seminars both in Germany and in the US.

Cassie – The Intrepid Grey Barn Cat

I first heard about the Free Roaming Feline Program through my daughter Katie. We were talking about adopting a second cat for our home and she suggested we contact Kathy Beer because FRFP.org is a no-kill foster organization. After reviewing the adoptable felines we fell in love with Cassie, a striped grey kitten located at a foster farmhouse just south of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.

The Portal

Our Roamers travel through a portal. The portal into a forever home is open for kittens only for a short while. It remains open until they are no longer kittens. When they get older and that portal closes their chances of being adopted into a forever home get much slimmer.
